Participant Declaration and Liability Waiver

Before the start, you sign the Participant Declaration and Liability Waiver. The document has two parts – the first for reading, the second for handing in:

• The first part is for reading beforehand; you don’t need to print it. It sets out what applies to your participation and what you need to know en route (check-in, tracker and deposit, abandoning the ride).
• The second part (the submission part) is the one you print, complete and sign – one signature is enough. It contains your declarations on your own responsibility, health, insurance and the participation requirements. It is also where you decide whether we may publish photos and videos of you and whether you appear on the public tracking page – neither affects your participation.

By signing, you make these declarations and confirm that you have taken note of the liability provisions in Terms and Conditions § 9 – so please read both beforehand.

You’ll get the link to the PDF with our email to all registered participants; you’ll also find it in the participants’ area under “Downloads”. Haven’t received anything? Write to us at hallo@superweit.com. The PDF contains the German and the English version.

You hand in the signed submission part at check-in. Check-in is only possible in person and on site – your ID card or passport is enough – and must be completed before you set off; if you can, come during the time slot you booked. Without a signed declaration there are no start documents. Spare copies are available at the check-in desk, but that costs time – on the Friday, it delays your start.
