Solidarity contribution — Surcharge selectable in the shopping cart, finances additional social tickets. Any contribution is welcome! (Not tax deductible.)

Social discount — 5 spots at 145 €. Write to us at hallo@superweit.com if you consider yourself to be on a low income; we will check availability.

REGISTRATION

Can I pass on my starting place?

Yes, no problem! However, women/non-binary spots (FLINTA*) are only transferable to other women or non-binary participants.

How can I use my refund protection?

GENERAL

Can I take shortcuts?

Yes! We offer official shortcuts to reach the checkpoints with fewer daily kilometres. Your ride time won’t be counted though.

How do I get to the start / back from the finish?

Karlsruhe and Freiburg are both well-connected by train.

Is there luggage transport from the start to the finish?

Sure, you can drop off a small bag at the start, e.g. with a change of clothes. We’ll take it to the finish line for you. Limits: Carry-on size (max. 30 litres / 10 kg); no large or bulky luggage.

What happens in bad weather?

The ride takes place in any weather. We only reserve the right to cancel in case of extreme weather warnings.

Is there timing?

Yes, via tracker. To find out your riding time, you have to complete the full route without shortcuts.

What do I need to bring?

Your bike (d’uh!), helmet, sleeping mat and sleeping bag as well as slippers (seriously!) for the checkpoints, plus everything you need on the road.

Do I need a specific bike?

No e-bike. Everything else is up to you.

Is there a diversity quota?

Yes, a fixed number of places is reserved for women and non-binary participants.
